The Statistical Committee implemented the MUT (Mean Under Threshold) methodology and approved the subdivision of reporting entities into clusters as well as its revisions of 2008 and 2011; moreover, it is entrusted with the task of identifying any further mathematical-statistical analysis to be conducted by using DIPO databases.


All members have the right to participate in the Technical Committee.
